Minderloom Support

No. Ambient audio is not uploaded by Minderloom. Local transcription and supported on-device processing occur on your phone. Optional text services are separate and require your configuration or authorization.

The clip waits in Audio Inbox until you choose Process locally. Minderloom then creates a transcript, local summary, possible actions, and Conversation Lens check. Anonymous speaker separation runs during import when the optional speaker pack is ready.

Deletion occurs only after the transcript, conversation record, and anonymous speaker separation save successfully. If a required model is missing or processing fails, Minderloom retains the source so it can retry instead of losing the conversation.

Check the phone or watch microphone position, distance, room noise, and whether noise filtering is too aggressive for the quieter voice. Keep the microphone unobstructed and test in a short, consented conversation before relying on a long capture.

No. Offline rules and downloaded on-device models do not have a Minderloom per-prompt or per-minute charge. They use battery, processing time, storage, and data for the initial model download. A separate API or endpoint you configure may have its own charges.

Open Settings → Google Tasks & encrypted Drive backup, choose Connect Google account, and approve the shown Tasks and Drive app-data permissions. A task title is sent only after you create the task. Transcript backups are encrypted before upload and contain no audio.

No. Monitoring is off by default. You select individual contacts, approve an in-app disclosure, and grant Android notification access. The app handles only new supported-message notifications connected to those people and does not import SMS history.

No. Conversation Lens can identify exact wording that may deserve reflection, but it cannot determine intent, honesty, abuse, or relationship quality. Its observations can be incomplete or wrong.

Open Conversations, select the conversation card, and choose Delete. Confirm the styled deletion prompt. This removes that conversation's local record and its retained source audio, when present.

Use Settings → Privacy & automation → Delete local data, then manage downloaded models, Google access, Google Tasks, calendar entries, and external backups separately. Follow the full deletion guide.
